As part of using HyMarket, we collect:

• Email, encrypted password, username, and avatar
• Seller profile information (via Stripe Connect)
• Purchase and download history
• Connection data (IP address, visit dates)

Purpose

This data is used for account management, payment processing, digital file delivery, and website security.

Sharing and Retention

Data is never resold. It is only transmitted to our technical partners (Stripe for payments, OVH for hosting). It is kept for 12 months after the account is closed.

Your Rights

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data.
